Our fees…..

We like to keep things simple, open and transparent. Our fees are affordable and easy to understand. The only extra’s we charge are those out of our control such as LPA registration fees and Land Registry fees.

Why do you charge up front fees?

We work fast and send you your draft documents within 24 hours of taking your instructions. It’s then down to you to approve your documents. Sometimes our customers do it immediately and other take longer. Taking payment when we take your instructions allows us to keep our costs down and provide a fast and efficient first class service to boot!
